Cimmermann sells design-led furniture that's made to last a lifetime or more. Proudly an independent family business established in 2004 by husband and wife team Helen & Matt Cimmermann, who believe buying better but less is the way to create a more joyful home.

Clothes that do good for people and our planet. Founded by Patrick Grant, Community Clothing sells exceptional quality, UK-made clothing at an affordable price. Everything is made in one of the 49 UK factories they partner with, using clean and renewable energy and creates much needed skilled work around the UK.

Floks, the home of sustainable sleep, was founded by Sophie Platts and makes luxurious, fully-traceable British wool bedding and mattresses, and now, hemp and organic cotton bed linen. With a background in product design, Sophie suffered from poor sleep until she started questioning what she was sleeping under and, from there, Floks was born.

Mark + Fold is a modern British stationer founded in 2015 by Amy Cooper-Wright, a lifelong stationery nerd (in her own words) who longed to find a stationery brand that got the details "just right". She couldn't, so she created Mark + Fold. Loved by fellow stationery nerds, fountain pen enthusiasts and thoughtful gift buyers, everything is made with people and planet in mind.

Co-creating success

Our services work in harmony to drive sustainable, long-term growth. On-site, search, email, paid ads, and editorial must work together to deliver an outstanding experience that turns scrollers into superfans. We take a holistic view of marketing and act as fractional consultants as well as a team who activates and delivers the growth plan.

Three is a magic number. One of our fundamental beliefs is that businesses should focus on the three P's equally: People, planet and profi. Who we are

We're Ruth & Tony. We met working together at a digital agency in London in the 00s. We meld our skillsets in people (audiences + marketing) and platforms (strategy + tech) to deliver a holistic and complete growth marketing service to our clients. We love working directly with founders who are on the point of scale after building strong foundations and want a like-minded growth partner who's a core part of the team

rather than a traditional agency model.

Ruth Hoskins Drant

I've been working in the digital marketing world for well over twenty years (since y2k) and my strengths are understanding people, particularly what my client's audiences want to read (and yes, it's often not about the product). I believe in the power of stories for brands to build a more meaningful connection with the right kind of people. Provenance, people and passion are the human elements that people relate to.

At this point in my life and career, who I work with really matters, and I love to work with founders who are willing to try and learn, passionate about their cause and genuinely want to make the world different - and have some fun along the way.

Tony Drant

I deliver growth strategies to increase revenues at all stages of the customer funnel; acquisition, returning customers and lifetime value. That covers everything from on-site CRO optimisation to implementing tech stacks, performance, Shopify development and paid campaigns.

With most of my clients, I work in a 360-degree capacity and get involved at every stage: fundraising, investor reporting, business systems and implementing the platforms that support and enable growth.
